    Our firm has developed recognised expertise in both ad hoc and institutional arbitration (ICC, CCJA, LCIA, CMAP, SAC, CAIP), as well as in investment arbitration (ICSID, CCJA). We assist clients at every stage of the arbitration process, from drafting arbitration clauses and conducting strategic case assessments to representing them before arbitral tribunals and pursuing the enforcement or challenging of arbitral awards.

    Our Paris-based arbitration and international litigation teams regularly draw, as required by the specific needs of each case, on the expertise of the firm’s teams specialising in particular geographical regions (Germany, China, Japan, Africa and the Middle East), as well as on that of our international offices. This enables us to provide our clients with the benefit of the legal, economic and linguistic expertise of the lawyers involved.
